Third Party Liability protection remains a separate requirement under the company's stated rental conditions.

Credit card coverage is administered by the card issuer, not by Costa Rica Adventure Car Rental. Reimbursement is subject to the issuer's terms and claim approval.
Insurance does not cover incidents involving negligent or prohibited use of the rental vehicle. Customers remain responsible for complying with the rental agreement and Costa Rican law.
Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Excessive speed or negligent driving.
Driving through rivers, beaches or prohibited terrain.
Other exclusions may apply, including tires, windows and objects placed on the roof, under the standard rental conditions. Please review the current rental agreement.
